Beth the administrator is a wonderful person. I reached out for help and even though the person I was calling for wasn't going to be moving in to her community, she offered to help them and gave me other resources as well. Beth went out of her way to help and that is unheard of. Thank you, Beth for your kindness and compassion toward seniors! ❤

I have been very happy with the staff and facility at Somerset. We had to move our cousins from another facility very quickly. They moved them (at a cost) in a day, provided diabetic services and facilitated a Medicaid application. The food is great and their caring support of them could not be better. I thank God for Beth and her team at Somerset!

We have had 2 family members at Somerset. A grandmother and now my mother in law. Beth and her staff have been wonderful. Great food and a very clean place. Have had nothing but kindness from day one from the staff and residents. Thank you for all you do

Not impressive. I went to visit my family member, they came to give him his bedtime snack. It was lemonade and a half of a peanut butter sandwich. Attendant was NOT wearing gloves, he had the sandwich in his BARE hand. No napkin. Not very sanitary at all. To know my family member needed extra care, with shower etc. I took a look at his toes while visiting and the toe nails had not been cared for in quiet sometime. Toenails where growing over and to the back side of the toes. I'm grateful they were not diabetic. I have since removed family member from facility. I don't feel they have the best interest of the patient at heart.

Taking excellent care of my dad, food is delicious, living quarters are clean and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Beth is a wonderful gal. Dad loves it and that makes me feel much better being 1100 miles away.
