I hate the way they treated my Mom at this place

My father has been here for 7 months and I have been very pleased. I get phone calls at all hours of the day when I need to be notified about his changing health or other concerns. He is a picky person, so the fact that he is happy there speaks volumes. It is an assisted living facility, so don't expect nursing home level attention; but I feel they give more care than your typical assisted living. The monthly charges are very affordable compared to other places.

Be leary of expectations. Initially, everything sounds wonderful about how loved ones receive care. While your loved one is there, should you decide to use the facility, please ask questions and document everything. Pictures, words, and appearances are not necessarily representative of provided services.
