SOUTH MILWAUKEE GROUP HOME

Clean, Quiet, I only pay for electricity, I do not pay for sewer, water ,trash removal, Or heat and it's Hydronic heating. And it has an elevator. The city garage is across the street right next to the South Milwaukee fire department which is across the street Marquette Manor. Also it has underground heated parking. also washer and dryer on each floor, and trash shoot each floor, and recycling. Oh and a great Building constodian.

A much better place to live than I used to live at. Having a washer and dryer in my apartment is well worth the small amount I pay for this convenience. I looked at many 55+ facilities and this is by far the best one I found. Friendly people who watch out for each other. We do however need a permanent contact person or a part time manager or Management Company as it was when I first moved in. Things are not getting done in a timely manner.

Great community. The residents make this property a five star experience.
