SOUTHVIEW HEIGHTS

My mom loves it here. It's pretty dated but they keep it very clean, the staff is amazing (especially Nina and Josh) and my mom says the food is good which is sometimes very hard to find in assisted livings and/or nursing homes. Regina in the kitchen is really nice too. If there's ever been an issue, Ray has always made sure it was taken care of as soon as possible. My mom says she couldn't have made a better decision, I agree. I love that she's got a Life alert and is always watched and cared for and I love that the rent is based off your income and not a flat rate. Everyone gets the same care, food, medicine, apartments etc based on good, fair equality not going broke to try and survive because you can only afford rent or something in this economy!

Friendly family oriented. Mature trees and lush green grass. Very dated but very clean.

Terrible customer service.

Employees were great and helpful while moving a resident in. I heard only good things from residents I spoke with. Apartment was nice and clean and they offer plenty of activities for the residents. They provide transportation to doctor appointments and outings for residents. I highly recommend this place.
