When you bring a demetia/alzheimer patient out from the facility and you have limited time before her PRN wears off. There is no sense of urgency and we had an apt for 9am and it is currently 9:17am. This is the worse experience ever!!!!

Imagine a loved one going to a doctor about brain fogginess and headaches, and be told by a doctor to "fast", and don't eat for a day....flash forward and it's a brain tumor. Had the doctor listened, this could have been diagnosed earlier.

This review pertains only to the out-patient lab section of MMC. I had a Covid-19 test, for an upcoming medical procedure if you must know, on the morning of Oct. 12, 2021. I was just a little bit anxious because, believe it or not, this was my first real Covid-19 test (I believe being fully vaccinated, masked, and social distancing are responsible for that). A young woman named Anna drew my test sample, and even though it was just barely 8:00 a.m., her effusive, bright personality brought a smile to my face and eased all my anxiety. She is an asset to MMC and hopefully she will be compensated with a commensurate pay raise of at least 15%.

I've lived here in Oshkosh since 2013. Had loved ones go to mercy and the treatment experience was absolutely horrible f or them. I just had my first experience with them and I am not surprised. Nurses are disrespectful, doctors with bad bedside manner. And when you have a question or issue I got "I don't know what to tell you".I'm either going to Froedert or Aurora. At least I'll have a better experience. Never saw a medical facility that could care less.

If I could give a negative 100 I would. The care is below standard, wife could have bleed to death while on a 1.5 hour wait in the ER. staff does not like you demanding care for hemorrhaging wife. Management lies about senior management. Security act’s like thugs and denies access to loved ones incarcerated in the care units and all services are slow. I watched several serious pat’s leave and go to Aurora ER, due to lack of care. Go here at your own risk.
