After my dad's stroke & months of intensive therapy he was transferred to Sprenger. They put him in isolation for 2 weeks without any therapy or even a shower. He had a food tube to get the nutrition he needed due to the effects of the stroke. They never fed him this way even after we requested several times. He lost 45lbs during his stay there-down to 155 from 200. All his intensive therapy was for nothing. He lost it all in those two weeks. I pray they've gotten better.

Sprenger of Massillon is where I would recommend sending any of my family or friends due to my experiences there' the staff treats you with the respect and Dignity that everyone deserves no matter what we are here for or how long we r going to b here everyone is treated the same. Not only are the nursing staff amazing , but the housekeeping staff 'r just as friendly and considerate and so there is no other place I would rather go or send my family.

My mom who had dementia was here and was very well taken care of. My sister and niece live close by so she was visited very often. I live in Florida and visited too...every time I was there it was very clean and they had plenty of staff. The staff was extremely nice!
