SPRENGER HEALTHCARE AT PORT ROYAL ASSISTED LIVING

It’s only day 1 at Sprenger and everyone has been so courteous, supportive and professional. They show extraordinary patience with all the residents no matter what age or length of stay. I look forward to working with the staff on the way to recovery. I’ll update this review at a later date. P. S. I love nurse Geneva!

Please never take your love one's there I had to get my brother out of there, the long term care looks good but the rehab sucks when my brother got there after 30 days of hospital rehab he was walking after being there 60 days in rehab he was not, I felt if I didn't get him out of there they would kill him, so I did, he is in a facility and doing great the staff from the top which is Autumn to the bottom will hurt your family never go here.

I recently visited Sprenger Health Care Port Royal for the Beaufort Chamber Coffee with Colleagues event and I was so impressed! The facility is absolutely beautiful, especially the assisted living area. I had the pleasure of meeting Josh, the Assisted Living Director, and he was truly amazing. So young, yet extremely knowledgeable and professional. He represented Sprenger wonderfully and spoke confidently about both the assisted living and skilled nursing sides of the community. This was honestly one of the best Chamber events I’ve ever attended. Thank you, Josh and the entire Sprenger team, for such a welcoming and well-organized experience. This is definitely a place I would trust and recommend for my loved ones. 💙

I just called this place because I was looking for a place to put my mother in nobody don’t never answer the phones when I called the nurse station. She hung up in my face. Only thing I was trying to do is set up a tour date so me and my siblings can see how it is in the inside that’s OK I will look for another place to take military veterans cause I see if someone can hang up in someone’s face like that I wouldn’t trust you around my mother I just read a lot of the reviews thank you Lord. I read the reviews. Thank you everybody for bringing it to the forefront i’m happy that nurse hung up on me

My grandfather is staying here in the nurse care unit. He has been there for 10 months and his health is better than it has been in years. He is well enough to move to assisted living but he likes the nurse care staff so much at nurse care that he wants to stay there. Tanisha Magwood, Amanda Cormier, Janet Bembry and Josh are among his EXCELLENT care team. Candice and Lisa, the activities directors plan great activities for the staff.
