AMAZING place for your loved ones!!!! The staff at Spring Arbor were so caring and helpful. Our grandma was a resident, she has since passed on but we appreciate all the people at Spring Arbor who cared for her up until the end. We previously had her in Bickford ( AVOID, AVOID, AVOID) and she wasn't well taken care of. She was ignored for days at a time even after coming from the hospital. And so many other problems. But not at Spring Arbor. Lovely people, lovely facility and you get what you pay for, attentive staff.

Today is day two for my family member. Everyone here has been so friendly and helpful. They have asked questions relating to our family member and are doing their best to accommodate her needs!! One of the hardest things you can hear is the devastating diagnosis of your loved one having Alzheimer dementia. At first you think “it’s ok we can handle it,” but then it starts to get heavy, mentally and emotionally challenging. That’s where our lifesavers Spring Harbor Fredericksburg comes in. From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors we felt a sense of safety and open arms. My mother in law has received amazing care for going on 4 years and she enjoys it. It’s hard to leave every time we visit her but she feels so at home she doesn’t realize it. That is the best feeling you can get in this situation.
