Spring Arbor of Apex

I have nothing but praise for Spring Arbor of Apex! My mother moved into the facility 11 months ago. We toured many facilities in North Carolina, but this one felt like home. The executive director, Miss Tonya, has created a very caring and loving culture. The staff truly take an interest in the residents and take excellent care of them. The activities director, Dana, works tirelessly to provide activities for the residents. Spring Arbor also has an in house therapy group, Legacy, that is quite frankly the best that I have ever seen. The Legacy staff have a talent for helping each resident to be the best they can be. It is such a relief to know that Mom is safe and lovingly cared for.

My mom is a resident, and I visit her as much as possible. Spring arbor of Apex is heaven sent.The staff are consistetley kind and attentive. What relly impressed me is the personal attention she gets. The nurses, suport team go above and beyond every day. Kudos to the admin for keeping their employees happy, because it starts from there. Once you have a good manager, you are bound to have good employees which is the key in many of these places. I am greatful and at ease knowing that my mom is being taken care of.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care my mother received at Spring Arbor of Apex. Staff was incredibly compassionate and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. The Director is on site, has an open door policy and seems invested in every residents well being. Even though my mother was unable to participate in many activities due to some medical and cognitive issues, the staff made sure she felt included and engaged and she was always treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. The building is clean, well-maintained, and inviting. I would highly recommend Spring Arbor of Apex] to anyone seeking a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I am grateful to all the staff for caring for my mom after 2 strokes that made her go from being independent to needing assisted living and changed her personality. The staff truly does care. They are patient and kind. There’s been a few minor bumps in the road but I have been impressed how the director takes time to problem solve quickly and easily. She is responsive and caring as well. They have made one of the hardest decisions so much easier. Finding staff that truly cares is not easy these days sadly but here they truly do!!! Highly recommend!!!

My mother spent her final years at Spring Arbor of Apex. This was the best decision I ever made for my Mom’s care. Spring Arbor of Apex is a friendly, loving and caring place. I can’t say enough about the top quality care that she was given. Special recognition to Vergie, Esther and Becky who showed her love, compassion and kindness in the final years of her life. Tanya Headen-Lee is a kind, compassionate and loving Director. I would highly recommend Spring Arbor of Apex to anyone looking for top quality care for their loved one.
