Spring Arbor of Greenville

Christina gave me an excellent tour of Spring Arbor. Right away it was easy to see the bond that Christina has with the residents. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, and all that Spring Arbor offered the residents. Most importantly, the residents looked happy!

We are so glad we found Spring Arbor for our mom. She had some options in Greenville, including a much larger facility in which she'd have become lost in no time. Spring Arbor provides her with clean, personalized care, nutritious meals and fun outings. The head nurse, Carole, really knows her stuff, and Elaine, in charge of the facility knows and cares about the residents. Mom brings challenges with her, and here, they are met kindly and intelligently.

Great place for my mom. Director Elaine is first class. Second to none. Well kept/maintained. Therapy team was exceptional!! I couldn't have hand picked anyone better than Therapy team. Most all staff very caring and did decent job. No place for elder care is perfect, mostly due to employee issues. They are everywhere. So if expect perfect you will be disappointed. Some exceptional employees, some not so good. Just the nature of the business and work environment these days. I think you will be satisfied overall at Spring Arbor, Arlington Blvd. Greenville NC

My mom has been a resident of Spring Arbor since October 2020. When looking for a senior living facility in the Greenville, NC area, Spring Arbor was our first choice. We had heard nothing but good things through word of mouth. We first met with Macy Baker, Sales & Marketing Director, who was very pleasant and happy to answer any and all questions we had. She even sends me pictures of my mom periodically. Although, I’m sure this is not part of her job, it is greatly appreciated and adds a personal touch. We were very pleased with the layout and cleanliness of the facility. All of my interactions with the staff have been nothing but positive, professional and friendly. At first, I was very nervous about leaving my mom there alone and not knowing anyone. However, that soon changed as my mom became involved in many of their daily activities and is doing very well. If you have a loved one who needs or will be needing assisted living in the future, I highly recommend Spring Arbor in Greenville, NC.
