Spring Creek Inn Memory Care Community

Great staff, they did a truly wonderful job taking care of our Mom, who could definitely be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Highly recommend Spring Creek to anyone in need of a personalized, hands-on, compassionate care environment.

Spring Creek cared for my mother for almost 18 months, until her passing. The staff is excellent. They are very professional but what struck me the most was their compassion. They treat all the residents with great respect and care. In my mom’s time there, there was not one instance that I felt was not handled appropriately. They are an excellent memory care facility and I recommend Spring Creek for anyone that needs memory care.

This is a second review after my mother has spent 18 months at Spring Creek Inn Memory Care in Bozeman. She moved there following the death of my stepdad, her caregiver. We toured places and this is where she wanted to be and it was a very good choice for her. She passed away about a week ago at the age of 96. My earlier review covered many details, but I wanted to say once again how caring and kind the staff was throughout her stay. As her health declined these past few weeks, their suggestions and their help were everything I could have wanted. Their help and concern for her well-being was genuine. I’m so very happy we found this place for her final months. I was also impressed that there was continuity in leadership for the entire 18 months she was there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memory care facility for their loved one. My mother always felt they treated her with respect and care and we felt the same way.

My mother was a resident at Spring Creek Inn for 14 months and recently passed. Her care at SCI was exemplary and underscored by the loving care of all the staff. The more time I spent with her at SCI the more apparent it was that the staff were deeply engaged in her health and well being. In this time of staffing difficulty nationally somehow SCI has recruited and retained a skilled and dedicated team that works cohesively across all disciplines from nursing to food preparation to laundry. A difficult task well done. Thank you SCI.

Our experience at Spring Creek Inn has been absolutely unbelievable. The facility is beautiful in every aspect. The staff has an unbelievable interaction with their patients. They show such caring patience and love. If you have a loved one who you want and who needs the highest standard of care, Spring Creek Inn is definitely the place you want to check out. From our first visit we were very impressed and we have not been disappointed. There is such a comfort in knowing that your loved one is being well taking care of. It is hard to hand over the care of a loved one to someone else, but they have made the transition much easier because of their professionalism and their giving of compassionate care.
