Apartment and neighborhood is nice. Increasing rent every year is understandable but the new lease is just so crazy as they want renter to pay for everything i.e. water, trash, sewage.That’s new to me! So, what are you providing as services? Nothing.

I love the quietness of the area. The dryer issue was handled promptly. Thank you to the maintenance crew.

We've been here a year so far and are very happy Jim the manager is very courteous and is always available and Wally and his maintenance crew do a great job keeping up the buildings and grounds. The units are spacious, well laid out and really, for the price point, can't be beat. The buildings are clean and well taken care of, and the tenants are quiet and friendly.There's a yearly community yard sale in the summer and different contests (like holiday decorating) you can enter to win a discount on your rent. They even give you $10 off on your birthday month. We just renewed for another year and as a thank you they're letting us pick from a list of upgrades we want for our unit. 10/10

I have lived at Sherman Oaks for a total of 2 years so far, and have enjoyed it. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. Wally is very friendly and quick with maintanence requests. Jim is very organized and fast with lease/ office items. I would recommend this place for anyone, one of the cleanest and affordable places around. They have the lots plowed before I leave for work, which is 5:30am, and are always super friendly. I have no complaints with Sherman Oaks, very quite and friendly place to live.

My husband and I have lived at Sherman Oaks for almost 2 years. We are beyond happy here! Wally does a great job fixing anything that needs repair, and is always super quick to respond to requests. Jim the property manager is pleasant and is always willing to help if a problem were to occur. Sherman Oaks offers spacious one and two bedroom apartments with a one car garage, which is so great in the winter time! After living at Sherman Oaks for a year, they offer an upgrade to you of your choice at no additional cost to you! Sherman Oaks is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views of Rib Mountain! I would absoutely recommend Sherman Oaks!
