SPRING CYPRESS ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

My mom hasn’t moved in yet, but this place seems amazing and we’re very excited for her to move in soon. She’s moving from Michigan and was very hesitant about doing this at all, so it speaks volumes about the place and staff that she was even willing to take this step. We toured several different places and this was by far the best. Jessica was especially great on the tour and Christy has been very helpful with everything leading up to the move-in. We can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done to make this transition as smooth as possible.

I wanted to take this opportunity to share what an amazing place that Spring Cypress Senior Living is and what it means to my family. After my dad passed over a year ago my mom was living alone and she was just so lonely and having a difficult time adjusting. We knew she needed a change and when I started looking for places for her in Cypress, I toured several in the area. They were nice, however, when we visited Spring Cypress Independent Senior Living we immediately knew it was the place for mom. The facilities were beautiful but even more than that were the staff. Sierra was so helpful in showing us our options. All the other staff from the front desk to kitchen and dining, activities, maintenance, administrative and beyond were so kind, so loving with my mom and we felt it from day one. They truly care about their residents. My mom is “Ms Betty”when we walk down the hallways and we are so thankful she has found a home where she has made new friends and actually trying new things. One more shout out to the residents because they are such a great group. They look out for one another and we are so appreciative of that. I feel like I’m family when I’m there because I’ve gotten to know some of them and they are just precious people! We are blessed to have found this place for mom because she loves it and we do too!

I toured the senior apartments at this community and was very impressed. The apartments are spacious and brand new, with great amenities nearby—including a Starbucks in the parking lot. The main community offers several dining choices for residents, including a café.

I was able to tour this beautiful facility and I was honestly blown away at how classy and well designed it is. The restaurant dinning experience is magical! The staff and administrators were so welcoming and available to answer all my questions. Highly recommended stopping in! Definitely a premier facility in the area.

This assisted living facility is truly exceptional! The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and treats residents like family. The environment is warm, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep residents engaged and happy. The care provided is top-notch, and I always feel at ease knowing my loved one is in such great hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming home for their senior family members!
