SPRING HAVEN RETIREMENT COMMUNITY

Horrible Management, they have roaches, and the hallways smell like animal, staff are sweet and attentive but overall this place is not somewhere I would put my family again being the way it is ran and they are very understaffed the workers look miserable before they greet you the kitchen staff are running around like crazy which 10 🌟 to them because while running around like crazy they are always up beat happy and very patient ( I dealt with the AL dinning room) special shout to Angela, Pam, alma, and Elizabeth they were very sweet patient and very attentive

I visited Spring Haven and had a chance to talk to some staff and residents. The facility was clean and fresh, much more so than expected, and the residents were glowing in their praise for the staff and administration.

Our Dad has been living in Memory Care at Spring Haven for several months. His move was very challenging as has his stay due to his dementia and some other factors. Staff from the front office, to the unit manager, to all of the nurses and techs have been absolutely wonderful. Very supportive, accommodating, and friendly. We live across the country, adding to the challenges, but have always been met with the help we need ensuring Dad's care. We have been out to visit twice in that time and are very pleased with the condition of his apartment and the unit in general. Issues that have come up have been quickly addressed. We are in the process of moving him back closer to us, and staff continues to help us work through the challenges. We are very grateful for the care he's had so far. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The adjacent lake and wooded areas are great for getting him outside for fresh air and some nature.

Spring Haven has such a beautiful facility and outdoor areas. It's creates a very welcoming atmosphere. But it o my begins there. The front desk help (concierge?) is always so happy and welcoming. I visited the dining room and it was warm and welcoming and the food was very good!

We recently moved my father-in-law into assisted living at Spring Haven, and we truly couldn’t have done it without the amazing team there. This was our first experience transitioning a loved one from independent living to assisted living, and we had so many questions. From the very beginning, everyone at Spring Haven was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Matt, Amber, and Madeline. Their sincerity and expertise made a world of difference during a very emotional time for our family. We are so grateful to have found a place where my father-in-law will be well cared for and treated with dignity. Spring Haven gave us peace of mind, and for that, we’re truly thankful.
