We were in a desperate situation for my mentally ill, 76 year old sister who we’d cared for in our home for decades. Fearing she would outlive us, and she’d become the responsibility of our son or daughter (her niece or nephew) we got on waiting list for a senior, low income HUD apartment, which she moved into 2021. She did ok for first 2 years then began drinking and smoking in apartment, ultimately was on the verge of eviction. For the last year (knowing eviction was inevitable) we called/emailed every organization we could think of (at least 20 or 30) but either she didn’t qualify for their level of care or they didn’t have a bed or they didn’t take Medicaid. Then I asked for help from a caregiver service my company provides…fast forward they found Spring Hills Morristown that had a Medicaid bed coming available, and the most amazing woman, Alisa, started to advocate for my sis. Fast forward my sis moved in 12/1 and is doing great! She’s actually happy despite having to share a room. Staff is caring and attentive and facility seems clean and well run. I could not be more satisfied! I highly recommend Spring Hills Morristown!

The worst facility to bring your loved one to be cared for. Other's express it's a nice fac6. . but the staff is very neglectful. My Mom was sad to leave our house... but We needed assistance. The staff ignore residents. I had to call a few times every night ( as mom was confused) Her belongings were constantly missing. Even a brand new comforter -- really? We brought Mom snacks many--- the staff took them for them. it was a mess! when Karen Griffiths was the administrator, she knew who really cared and did the best-- when she passed, this facility went to hell. Take the time and research for your loved ones! Grateful to bring my Mom back home before she closed her eyes. ❣️

My mom moved in 2 weeks ago. The staff has been so helpful in getting her acclimated. So far, I'm very impressed with everyone I've connected with there, from nursing director, to community relations director to activities coordinator. I feel that my mother is in a great place where she will be cared for and can partake in activities of her choosing. She says the food is terrific, so that's great to hear! I'm so glad I reached out to Spring Hills when I realized it was the right time to think about assisted living for my mother.

My Mom is at Spring Hills and enjoys the many social activities. Our family is impressed with the high level of communication and service. We easily schedule transportation for Mom to medical offices. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff helped us get through the move in process very well and is always there ready to help us.
