My mother stayed at Springhill Singing Woods for about 14 months until she died in February 2025. Mary was treated with kindness and dignity during her stay there. I considered it a blessing when I found Springhill for Mary, but I didn't know at the time the scope of this blessing. Everyone there treated all the residents with respect. Mary had a difficult life, but her last 14 months of her life she was blessed by the wonderful staff at Springhill! She experienced love and compassion during her entire stay. It meant more to me that I can express. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

I called in to schedule a time to tour the facility and Beth promptly accommodated me. She was extremely knowledgable and welcoming. This is a fantastic community tucked away with a private feel and beautiful trees. I definitely recommend anyone that is looking to move a loved one into assisted living to add this to your list to check out!

We are more than happy with our choice to have our mom stay at Spring Hills Singing Woods. We greatly appreciate the communication the staff provides concerning our moms care, also the willingness to listen to our needs.

I spent numerous hours over the last couple years visiting with my Dad, a resident of Spring Hills Singing Woods. One of the things I liked about the facility was its small size, making it easy to navigate and getting to know the staff. They had fun daily activities for the residents, and frequent musical entertainment. The food was nutritious, and residents were able to choose from a menu, or have a loved one make a weekly menu for them. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. The majority of the caregivers/nurses were caring and dedicated, treating my father like family. Of course, problems did arise, but the caregivers, nurses, and/or management were quick to respond and remedy the situation. I always made sure to "check in" on my Dad frequently, to advocate for him, and ensure he was given the care he deserved. I would definitely recommend Spring Hills Singing Woods, but as with any facility, please make a habit of visiting frequently, to let your loved one know you're there for them, and ensure they're receiving good care.

My mother in law has been living here for about 5 months. Knowing that no place is like home, given her needs and limitation, I have to give the 5 star rating. Staff is wonderful, caring, friendly and many have a gift for working with this population. Are there issues that arise? Of course, but the nurses, caregivers and leaders are always approachable and willing to assist.
