This staff goes above and beyond caring for the families as well as the resident. The teamwork is greatly appreciated! All needs are met and any concerns are immediately reviewed and addressed.

We cannot thank this facility enough for the care our mother received. The staff goes above and beyond with each resident. We felt safe with her in their hands. She really enjoyed her stay there. Such a great community, activites, meals and care. Thank you all so very much.

The nursing staff is great even though gh they are understaffed nd underpaid Despite their paperwork that says they will not allow aggressive residents, they do have aggressive residents. I told them that I was moving my husband out 6 weeks before I moved him and they failed to remind me to sign paperwork for that move. No one checked his room for 6 days after I moved him and tried to deny a refund. Get copies of any paperwork so that you are aware of everything. When youbare under duress, it is hard to remember what to signed

I would recommend Edgewood Spring Wind Laramie to anyone I know that is looking for the best assisted living facility in Laramie. My Aunt lives there and she is well taken care of. The building is really nice and always clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and very receptive to any assistance you may need for your relative or friend which resides there. There are 3 meals per day, fun activities to keep the people living there engaged in life if they choose to enjoy and participate. There is around the clock nurse care to make sure the residents are taking all their medications . There is a movie theatre, a hair salon, and a game room within the building. They do your laundry for you and clean your private living area as well. So they are accommodating in almost everything you may need. When I come to need an assisted living facility I, myself, hope that I can afford to live there.

My parents recently completed a 1 week trial. Extremely disappointed in their experience. Staffing was poor. Had to ask for basic items such as sheets and towels and a lamp! Never again.
