Amazing staff - very caring, great communication and love / care for my dad like he is one of their family members

This is the premier provider of long term care and short term rehab in the region. Caring staff and excellent therapy. This place is great!

I can say only praises to all the staff and care that my aunt has received during her stay for therapy. She is happy with the care she gets which brings comfort to my family. Everyone speaks to you and acknowledges us when we come to visit which means a lot to our family.

My loved one recently has been staying here and I unfortunately had to take them out this home due to them being bit by what we believe to be bedbugs, And I myself started seeing bedbugs in my home after visiting my loved one in this home. Secondly my loved one told me they saw a roach crawling on the wall behind their bed. I am so disappointed in this nursing home. They are extremely unsanitary. The carelessness is at an all time high with them. I don’t pay my money for my loved one to live in filth. No one should have to live like this, especially not while they’re paying their hard earned money. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I can't express enough how caring and involved these nurses, cna's and activity workers are in the care of our loved one. They always greet us with a smile and inform us of any changes, progress and just how the day has gone for our loved one.
