My mother recently moved into the Springs at Shell Point. The staff was wonderful. The food was good. The two-room unit was very nice. Overall the facility is in good shape. They are undergoing a significant expansion which includes additional units and an arts center. When complete, it should be an exceptional assisted living facility.
