SPRINGS OF AUSTIN MEMORY CARE

When my mom's illness left her unable to care for herself at home, I needed to find a place where she could be safe, secure and comfortable, with staff aroiund 24-7. I was so fortunate to find the Springs of Austin. After a day at a sub-standard facility, I brought my mom to the Springs and it was a great experience considering the circumstances. The facility was super clean, the staff was caring, and the rates were very reasonable. My mom's last few months would have beeen far more challenging had we not found the Springs of Austin. Would recommend to anyone who needs assisted living for a family member.

My sister has been a resident in the Assisted Living section of The Springs of Austin. She seems very contented there and that is very comforting to me and my family. The building is new, not very large and has a nice large common room. The meals are delicious and my sister likes them. The staff from the Executive Director and the Care Coordinator to the individual caregivers have been excellent and accommodating to our every need. This is a most excellent assisted l8ving and Memory Care facility

My mother became a resident at The Springs of Austin in late Dec and so far we have been very pleased with the care and attention she has received. The facility is clean and pleasant, and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The Director, Ula, has been especially kind and considerate of our needs, making the whole experience much easier. My mother feels well cared for at The Springs, and has made new friends among the other residents. The Springs of Austin has provided an ideal solution at a difficult time for myself and my mother.

My mom has been living at the Springs for six months now. The caregivers are excellent, very patient and kind. It is a new and immaculately clean facility, bright and sunny. My mom has been happy and I always find her to be groomed and in good spirits. The caregivers sometimes come and go ( like all facilities) but the current patient care coordinator Erica has built a strong team of caregivers who work well together. It is a small facility but it’s perfect for my mom, she hates loud noises and gets overstimulated by too much commotion. The residents enjoy each other and are like a family. It is not big enough to require a full time nurse, but there are outsourced Doctors and Nurse Practitioners that the facility contracts with and they are excellent and always responsive . It is hard to find the right place for a loved one but I would recommend this place. It is a home.

They are a great place with courteous, knowledgeable staff that treat everyone with respect and genuine concern. It very clean and tidy with a pleasant decor. Their salon is perfect for hair services. Our family member’s needs are well met.
