Beautiful, clean building! Energetic and friendly staff! Amazing therapy team - Great care all the way around. Highly recommend The Springs Of Mooresville!

I was so disappointed in this place. My friends mom was there for 3 weeks and she came home missing half her clothes. She smelled like cattle. A bed sore they couldn't keep clean and dry and offered her assisted living, for 18,000 a month. The springs is nothing but a for profit grift.

My Dad has been a resident for a little over a year. He came into rehab and decided it was best for him to stay in long term care. He is in a safe place with good care. The food is good and they have a lot of activities to get involved. The staff is friendly. It brings a peace of mind that he is being taken care of.

We are so grateful for the kindness, compassion, and attentiveness shown to my father over his 2 mo rehab stay at The Springs. He was unable to even stand when admitted, but has shown amazing improvement due to the consistent, considerate, and thorough PT, OT, and nursing care he received there. They got him in good shape, able to return home walking again! I also appreciated the clean environment, happy atmosphere, and taking him for walks to enjoy their beautiful outdoor garden areas. It’s a special place!

The Springs of Mooresville is a wonderful place. The staff is very caring and work very well with families. They have a wonderful, clean environment with lots of activities for a wide range of interests. The food is also very good and families are welcome to eat with their family members. They also have a beautiful piano that my daughter was able to play for her grandmother while she was in the Springs. The rehab portion of the facility where the PT, OT and speech therapy take place is beautiful and staffed with wonderful caring staff. Our family was pleased with the care that my mom received.
