You will pay your own heat, so you have 2 electricity meters, 1 for regular electricity and 1 for Heat, regular electricity is in the normal price range and the heat is anywhere between $400 and $600 depending on the time of year so be prepared to spend. Also the townhomes are not weatherized, so you're heat is constantly trying to keep up from the cold air that consistantly comes inside, baseboards, windows, outlets and front door. If youd like a weatherized front door its out of pocket and you pay them to install it as well. Heat was originally included, this place was built in 2020 and I am the first tenant in my unit, the heat bill was to much for the owners to handle so they changed the rules and put the heat on us low income individuals instead of fixing the problem. This is the most expensive apartment/townhouse on kodiak island for heat, Nobodys house cost as much to heat as it does for this complex.

I've applied to these and the Mill Bay Townhome apartments at least 4 times. The website is hard to navigate and application instructions are unclear. Be ready to have to call multiple times without receiving replies.

These are too expensive. Was supposed to bring kidiak rent down. You pay electric 2 bills! No yard. When I moved out they took almost all my deposit.
