ST. AUGUSTINE TOWERS

I called and set up an appointment to take tour with Bridget. Unfortunately my Uber driver took me over to nursing home part across from the assisted living. I had to wait for quite some time Michelle came out and said she had no idea there was an appointment for a tour. Then she called Kathy. While waiting then it was realized I was in wrong area. And that Kathy was gonna take me over. I didn't remember who I was supposed to meet until Michelle mentioned Bridget's name. Then after talking with Kathy, the facility is 55 and over and they wouldn't make an exception for me even though I'm 50 yrs. Old. And then Bridget wasn't even there. So I wasted my money on Ubers and Lyfts round trips from Eastside to Westside. Kathy stayed with me until I got Lyft car to go home. Which was very nice. No one had a clue about my appointment for a tour and I'm upset that I wasn't told about age either and how unprofessional Bridget was to leave out important information. I never did get to tour the facility. But employees I spoke with are very nice. I'm beyond myself right now of how careless she was and not even be there! What waste of my time and money!! But the nursing facility from lobby is very nice, they have a gift shop and gardens too where residents went outside to enjoy the beauty.
