Do not put your family members here.7 The establishment is nice but the administration and management are horrible. The turn over in caregivers are very high and the staff that are there work short due to shortage of caregivers. New Administration hired her own nurse friends that do not help the staff. When short staffed they do not care if it is just one person on the unit they won’t help.residents have waited more than 3 hours at times to get help to bathroom . Management and nurses walk around like they don’t want to be there and will barely say good morning. The residents receive poor care because the staff are always working short especially on the weekends when management is at home and can’t be reached. This place should be shut down they barely have a nurse in the building after 2:30 pm. My sister asked to see a nurse for 4 days before one actually came upstairs to see her . Communication is very POOR!

BE AWARE-My mother was a resident at St. Camillus. She was one of the first residents in the East Residence and then spent a few months in their memory care. It was an absolute horrible experience. They will sell you on the continuum of care under the guise of a religious organization. Independent, assisted, and memory care. There is absolutely NO accountability for them to provide any services. Once they have your loved one's deposit, that is all they care about. Do the research and look at their census and turn over ratio. Management and leadership is a joke. Anyone who is on their board should be ashamed to be associated with this place.

My daughter works on the independent living side of campus and has given me a couple tours. They seem to have an abundance of activities for the residents to enjoy. Employees and residents alike are very kind and friendly. A wonderful community ♥️

My grandmother was in the rehab facility and eventually was moved to hospice- The nurses were exceptionally kind and treated her with so much respect. They brought so much joy to my day every time I saw them in passing. The staff was attentive and catered to her needs- even getting her chocolate ice cream every night!

Their hospice service and nursing home is dangerous. Please do not put your family member in their "care." My very sweet, terminally ill mother had to stay in the facility for about a week while she received treatment for colon cancer down the street. The staff was violently abusive while they bathed her and verbally abusive the rest of the time. Residents wander around like zombies. Their hospice service while my mom was at home was absolutely awful. Dangerously disorganized and some of the hospice staff only added to my immense stress. It was a nightmare. I am putting this out there publicly as a warning. This place should be shut down immediately
