Horrible driver(s) that endanger the lives of their passengers and others on the road

I'llDon't know what these people do but I know they got someone endangering peoples lives. The photo posted is of a st coletta employee driving while using their cell phone. The person moments earlier cut me off and slammed on her brakes. I am in a commercial vehicle with h thousands of pounds of safes iny vehicle when you slam on your brakes in front of me after cutting me off, I cannot slow down fast enough. They are lucky they didn't get myself hurt and themselves seriously injured. I called and reported the person as well license plate 312-zhu well apparently I can't post rh photo but I have it . My sister Georgi Ann lived at St Coletta's on two separate occasions during her life. When my mother could no longer take care of Georgi, she returned and lived there for the remainder of her years. This is a one of a kind institution, staffed by exceptional professionals who serve very special people. I'm indebted to St Coletta's beyond measure.
