LEGACY VILLAGE OF MURRELLS INLET

Stopped in today to visit an old neighbor from our hometown in NJ. The residents were up and dancing, smiles and positive energy. Left calling my siblings this is where we need to place Mom!

A beautiful community with a warm and kind staff you felt the love. During my visit, my friend and her table mates were all happy and relaxed. The meal was delicious. The halls were filled with festive decorations a wonderful experience. I told my daughter, I choose Legacy when the time comes for AL.

Our mom has been at Legacy now since July. We are so happy with the care and kindness she experiences every day. The staff, caregivers and all involved in her daily routines go above and beyond to make her feel safe, happy and very loved. As mom likes to say, "Legacy is the place to be!" We are most grateful to all those making us feel that we have chosen the best care for mom, who will 95 next week:) Go bless each and every one. Patricia and Kevin *God bless !

Larissa our new Executive Director showed her leadership skills by stepping g in and assisted in hosting our wonderful Family Thanksgiving Dinner!! She greeted Residents, Families, served food, cleaned up all the while making herself available to anyone with a question. She never hesitated in jumping right in. Welcome Larissa!!

We recently moved my mom to Legacy Village and we could not be happier. I had toured the facility with Rene Owen’s last year but mom was not ready at that time. As her situation deteriorated recently, I reached out to Rene and she worked quickly and efficiently to get my mom placed within days of my call. Her kindness and compassion are truly unmatched. We will forever be grateful for her help in our time of need. She is a gift to Legacy Village. Christine at the front desk always greets you with a smile and is very informative. The staff have all worked tirelessly to help my mom settle in and feel included. They have displayed great communication with our family and have a strong commitment to resident safety and well being. The facility , rooms and meals are very impressive. It is a very welcoming and comfortable environment. They have many engaging activities and social opportunities for the residents. The outdoor space is a game changer for us. My mom loves to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. It is truly a home like atmosphere , where my mom feels valued , connected and cared for.
