We called Home Instead when we needed help caring for our 98-year-old mother who was in hospice. The caregivers were extremely kind and helpful. My mother enjoyed their company. They took care of her as well as helped with housework and laundry. The office staff were also kind and helpful and were flexible in meeting our needs.

We hired caregivers from Home Instead over several months to help with care of our mother, who was still living alone and needed increasing support. The management team worked to find a wonderful caregiver who was a great fit for our mom. They never left us in a situation without care when the primary caregiver couldn't make it. They also went above and beyond after our mother moved into assisted living, supplying us with the needed paperwork for long-term care insurance claims.
