New here but enjoying all the facility has to offer. Two prepared meals per day in dining room. Easy to get to know staff and others who live here. Offers great outings and group activities. Nice common areas to sit by the fireplace, work on puzzles, etc. Coffee shop on site. Provides varying levels of care.

I am so thankful to the Lord God for the caring support of the nursing staff (especially Amanda, Marianne, Jill, Sam and Jesse) and the extra special attention from the Hospice team (especially Dariya, Micki, Hilary, Julie, Lindsey, Corinne, and Mary). CNAs Jordan, Mary, Lexi and Maddie took special care of my mom. There so many more who were helpful. It wasn’t just a job to the staff. I could tell that they really cared about the residents. For activities Jennifer and Maria really made an extra special effort to make it fun for my mom at St. Paul’s.

I have so many horror stories about this place, dozens of negative experiences, drunk care takers, giving wrong medication, constantly lying to cover their butts. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE! Sandra should resign or be fired and get someone decent in there.

If you care about your loved ones quality of life do not send them here. Specifically the rehab unit. My grandfather was not showered for a week even though he asked daily. Food was brought cold. Waited an hour + for assistance after pushing the call button. Would not recommend. Staff is polite but it’s clear no one communicates what is going on and they’re working to keep their jobs rather than assist patients with their needs.

My grandmother spent a year at the home before passing a week ago. Our entire family is more then impressed with the support of the staff. I would recommend this facility to anyone!!! Many thanks to everybody that touched our lives and helped my grandma live comfortable at a time when needed!! 5 stars 👍
