My sister has been at Regency since the end of May, finding this facility was a Godsend. EVERYONE has been wonderful. We are so lucky to have found this residency for my sister. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO😂!! My sister was at three other facilities that don’t measure up to the level of care she is receiving. The activities are great and there is always something to do. The residents, ambiance and staff are the best. It’s hard to express how grateful we are to have found this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰!!!

I have been touring and looking for a place for my parents for the last couple of years. Regency Grand has been the only assisted living facility in the area that has been so welcoming, inviting, and warm. Their marketing team is top notch with giving you the facts, and great pricing without any pressure of making hard life decisions in the moment. The tours of the building/facility are wonderful! Professionalism at its finest! While on tour I've never seen so many happy residents with the biggest smiles anticipating the possiblity of new residents and people to soon call friends. Care staff, dining room, activities, everything was wonderful and I am excited for my parents to be part of a community that will make them feel at home. Thank you again Regency Grand for being above the bar for senior care!

Our family searched for quite a while to find the right setting and care for my grandfather when his health started to decline several years ago. He received excellent care from Debbie Galaviz and her team. Leah Rate was a huge comfort to my family through the transition process. Regency Grand is very welcoming and a family friendly place to spend quality time with your loved ones.

My mother spent the last 3+ years of her life in memory care at Regency Grand at West Covina. During that time the staff took very good care of her as the dementia slowly took her mind and personality. Morgan, Lisa, and the entire staff were wonderful. They keep her clean, dressed. and involved in the activities as much as possible. The facility was decorated with care, that felt more like a home compared to other facilities we toured. It was always clean and inviting. My family visited her regularly and always found mom clean and dress and out with the other residents. My highest recommendations goes to Regency they made the time the best as it could be for my mom.
