This place are terrible, all they want is more money. They charge you for things that aren't authorized just to make things easier so they can do less. To much upper management and less hands-on for the residents. This home isn't willing to transport to doctors appointments and won't use residents insurance for medication only the private mail pharmacy that isn't covered by insurance so they don't have to do their job of medication management that is something that is paid for in the residents monthly bill, extra charge of course.

Since the ownership change the level of care has plummeted. The food is substandard, staff has been cut to an unacceptable level. I’m sure they are in violation of several state codes.
