Citrus Hills is a great senior community in Orange! Charlie & his team are amazing & truly care for their residents. Highly recommended!

Citrus Hills accepts medi-Cal programs as it is a community who helps lower income residents. The community has made many positive changes in the past few months. Its's super clean, has a freshly painted interior and new luxury vinyl flooring. The care here is exceptional with an RN & LVN on the team. I highly recommend you check them out.

The dirtiest of dirt place. The laminate flooring was brown in time it’s as black from the thick dirt from outside. toilets are dirty. Ombudsman what are doing for these elderly and mentally ill. I signed my daughter out on march 4 because she was hospitalised. After taking my daughters $1500 and bill SSA $5,500. They said o refund. I’ll make sure I get my daughter’s money out. I had to provide out of pocket for her subsistence, food, shelter. I’ll be reporting this facility for audit. They said I had to give 30 days notice. How can anyone determine that they are going to die in 30 days. Dont go there. The guy Oscar was asleep when I came at 12 midnight.

My uncle went to Citrus Hills almost one year ago and I have to say that I love the staff and am grateful my uncle does as well. Jasmine, Diana, Joslyn, Olivia, Ben, Vicky, Brie, Sarah, Ryan (I truly hope I’m not missing anyone) are the best! Under the direction and guidance of their Director Itzy, they are a great group of individuals. Anytime I need something or have a request for my uncle she makes sure it’s addressed which I am so grateful for! When he had a couple of health scares they didn’t hesitate and made sure he got medical attention right away. Any assisted living has their challenges which I get but they do their best and most of all love their residents. I see it and I appreciate it. Thank you Citrus Hills for caring.

Very Nice place! Clean and well kept, the facility is also approved for some great state waiver programs, contact the administrator for more details. Have a pleasant day!
