Large one-bedroom apartments and a very clean environment! The staff was incredible during our tour and were more than willing to answer every question my husband had, Alicia was very sweet. The only suggestion we would make is adding a dishwasher in the units. Overall, a great experience!

I recently toured this independent living community, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The apartments were bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the common areas felt warm and inviting. I could easily picture myself living here enjoying the activities, sharing meals, and being part of such a pleasant community. What stood out most to me was the atmosphere. It didn’t feel like a facility; it felt like a place where people genuinely enjoy living. The residents I met seemed happy and engaged, which speaks volumes and the staff was so wonderful. 10/10 Very affordable apartments. Currently planing my move.

I toured Colonial Residence Independent Living in Centralia, and it was truly exceptional! Having visited multiple senior communities, this one stood out from the moment I arrived. The striking building and beautifully maintained grounds immediately impressed me. Alicia, our tour guide, was warm and deeply dedicated to the residents’ well-being. The community offers fantastic amenities: a music room, library, multipurpose rooms, a hair salon, and a small gym. The dining room felt cozy and welcoming, with two delicious meals served daily. I toured three units—a studio apartment, a salon-style apartment, and a one-bedroom apartment—each equipped with a refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, and ample storage. The vibrant activity schedule, including fun events like dart tournaments, made me want to stay longer! Colonial Residence is a warm, engaging community that’s a must-visit for anyone exploring senior living options.
