Innovative Housing Development Corporation is a non-profit housing corporation established in 1980 that provides quality housing, respite, and community-based support services for individuals with special needs in Southeast Michigan and the Thumb Area. The organization manages over 150 independent living apartment units for seniors (55+), developmentally disabled, and mentally ill individuals, along with fourteen homes for mentally ill and developmentally disabled adults throughout St. Clair County.
