Our mother lived there and absolutely loved it. Home cooked meals. Clean, no smells. Owner Nancy is wonderful to work with. Very affordable.

My mom was there for about a year until she passed away. The staff was very professional and caring but the owner is very rude and doesn't seem to care. She was very dismissive of any of our requests . My mother wasn't getting any of her medication for a long time. Do not put your loved one in this facility under present management

As a bystander in the process of supporting my boyfriend place his dear mother (Joy). I have the highest praise for this institution. The facility is very clean. It has a homey comfortable feel. The staff are genuine loving people. They impressed me with their kindness toward both the residents, and their families. I have no doubt that Joy received the care we could only hope for. On her last day I witnessed both the staff and the owner treat her with love, compassion, and dignity. They spoke to her so soothingly, caressing her shoulder as they administered her meds. I was present the day Joy passed. As we waited for the funeral home to come -there was a shift change. Bobby who had been there through the night came in to say goodbye to her, and kissed her forehead. The comfort and support they provided during this difficult time is priceless. Thank you Stonebridge, and your entire staff.

Sad but true. My dad was at this facility for 6 months. The place went down hill fast. Patient care started good and then went bad. Patients are dirty, my dad was not being given his medications for nearly 2 months and ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and withdraws from a psychotic medication they were giving him. He ended up on oxygen and then they said the could not handle his care anymore. Please do not put your loved ones here while under the current ownership.

My grandfather stayed here for 17 months until he passed away. The staff is so caring and really treats your family as their own. The experience we have had is beyond superb. I appreciate all they did to assure the comfort level of my grandfather.
