Stonebridge Health Campus

Very pleased with this facility. I have a close relative here that I see on a daily basis and I've noticed ALL the employees are so cheerful and nice! There are activities all the time, plus live music on Fridays. Lots of snacks, and the food is home cooked meals! Nice place this is!! A+++++

I did rehab at Stonebridge following a broken neck. It’s a wonderful facility! From the nurses to the aides to the physical therapists and everyone else, the staff is wonderful! They treated me with kindness and compassion. And the food! Fabulous!! Let’s just say I need to go on a diet to lose the 10 lbs I’ve gained, lol!! Friendly residents, fun activities, even a Friday happy hour with live music! Highly recommend!

My mother in law was at this facility for a time a few years ago and i would not recommend it to anyone who wants Compassionate care and kindness. She would call us from her cell phone in the middle of the night and my husband and I had to go up there to change her diapers and give her the care she deserved. I literally had to clean feces that was dried in her vagina, more than once. My husband was so angry they called the police on him. His mother was his world and vice versa. I was astonished at the horrible care they provided her and we were so relieved to bring her home. She has passed away since then and i seriously hope they have changed their ways. I would never send a loved one to this facility. Never. It may be pretty and nice looking but the care given there was horrific and non existent. A million negative stars. 😡😡😡

Our family member was in the rehab facility. He was treated with kindness and taken good care of. He gained 10 pounds while he was there. He was placed there to regain his strength after an illness and a stay in the hospital. I feel that they didn't work hard enough to get him walking again. He contracted COVID and was quarantined for the last 10 days there. The nursing team was very responsive and supported any concern that we had.

I would not recommend sending your loved ones to this place. My grandpa was sent there since he was in the late stages of Alzheimer’s. He was only there for 3 weeks and his clothes were lost and gave to other patients. He also contracted COVID from someone that wasn’t his main nurse and passed away a few days after. I will say the main nurse he had was wonderful, but the other staff was not up to par. They need to have way higher standards for the health and the safety of their patients. You send your loved one to be cared for and looked after to places like this and for this to happen is just not okay.
