STONECREEK NORTH RICHLAND HILLS

My Dad has been at Stonecreek over 2 years now and I would say he has had ok/good care. However the turnover in staff and especially directors has been frustrating, with most of them not being very responsive. Well they finally got it right now, with the newest director and his staff. I'm not easily impressed and I stay on top of things and I will say I'm very happy with the leadership here now. They listen and respond; when I wanted to move Dad to a lesser cost unit in the building, they made it possible and even helped with everything. It is a lovely facility and in a good location. I feel better about having chosen this place now than I have the prior two years. Thank you to the Executive Director Landon and his Community Relations Director Jeannine.

My review is a mixed review because the caregivers for the most part are kind, compassionate and caring but they are overwhelmed by the sheer number of residents they care for. The wellness director and assistant wellness director make promises but rarely deliver. In the 15 months my mom was there before her passing I was there almost daily with multiple calls weekly about routine not followed, housekeeping issues, safety issues, inability to contact staff after hours and the list goes on. They are on their 4th director in 15 months. The newest one is trying but with constraints from Civitas it’s an uphill battle. The grounds and entry way are beautiful but don’t expect that level of attention to your loved one. If your loved one is self sufficient or you are there daily to stay on top of things, it is a okay place. None of the assisted living facilities are optimal because no one in government cares so be prepared to stay on top of things to ensure your loved one is safe and you are getting what you pay for.

We recently moved my parents into Stonecreek, and I truly can’t say enough about how amazing and caring the staff has been. From day one, everyone has gone above and beyond to make them feel welcome and supported. The management team was especially incredible handling a very quick move-in with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. It has given our family so much peace of mind knowing my parents are in such a wonderful community.

This place has been amazing. I was out of the country and had an emergency come up with my Dad. Jeannine with Stone creek stepped up like no other place would, helped me over the weekend (when she should be off) and made sure my Dad had a great and safe place to go and was taken care of completely. Took so much stress and worry off my plate and will be forever grateful! Thank you Jeannine!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the atmosphere at Stone Creek! The facility is absolutely beautiful, and very inviting. Every time I visit, the staff welcomes me with smiling faces, and always looks for ways to be helpful. The residents seem very happy, well cared for, and involved in the many fun activities prepared with them, and their guests in mind. Stone Creek offers exactly what I would expect for my own family members when the time comes to make that move.
