I have been here going on 6 years. The Executive Director is very cooperate. Also the care givers help with any problems that arise. The receptionist are all caring and help with problem when no one is available. I will recommend Story Point in Grove City, Ohio.

This facility is completely unacceptable. Residence rooms are infested with bed bugs, and management has attempted to keep it hidden. Staff and outside specialists have been brought in without being informed, putting them at risk of carrying the infestation back to their homes. This level of negligence is appalling.
