This place has gone down hill since new management has stepped in. So sad to see these elderly citizens having poor care

Nice place... but, the caregivers and med passers sit in the medroom too much. Lights were going off, and family members were there asking for assistance for their loved ones, and the staff showed no sense of urgency. I let two staff members know of residents needing assistance twice during my shift, and they just disregarded me and continued having their conversation.

The whole experience has been wonderful and the staff is excellent!

Tina and Jameson were very helpful with our move in and getting my dad settled at stoughton meadows. Everyone there has been a pleasure to work with my and very accommodating
