My 95-year-old mother had an amazing experience at Stratford House. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warmth and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was so clean. I was impressed that the rooms were private and they were beautifully furnished. The staff were so kind, gentle, compassionate and had so much patience when helping with my mother’s needs. The owner, Marium, is such a loving sweetheart and really cares for each resident. My mother adjusted quickly to her new home away from home. She enjoyed the crafts, bingo, other activities, chatting with residents and staff. The homemade meals, snacks and desserts were amazing. I highly recommend this cozy assisted living home for your loved one.

I am a speech pathologist who has had the lucky fortune to do work with the very cherished residents that reside at this home. I can say that after being in this home and working with my clients here, that if I ever needed a place for my own self this is certainly a place I would consider to come and receive help. The staff here is Always very wonderful and you can tell that they genuinely care about the people that they take care of and that they care about the families that have entrusted them with their loved ones Care. The care staff takes interest in the interests of their residents. The residents are always very well groomed and are up and dressed and active in the house. And the house is always very clean. I’ve watched my patient swallowing while I’ve been there and I’ve seen that the food is very Appealing as well and the residence enjoy it. This is a place that makes the people that live here feel very comfortable

I visited a loved one at the Stratford house for a period of time. I loved to see an environment with a home setting and family like staff! Everyone was so kind and did a great job! Highly recommend.

Our mom had an amazing experience at Stratford House. She spent the last 6 months of her life with Marium and her fantastic staff. She felt loved, listened to, cared for and a part of the family there. We thought that she would hate having to go into a 24 care facility. But everyone at Stratford House kept her active and laughing. They were busy with parties, spending time outdoors, family meals and just hanging out together. There is no way we could have asked for a better experience for our mom.

My dad was a resident at Stratford for a little over three years. His time spent there was nothing short of fantastic. The aides are all very friendly, caring, and attentive. The owner is an angel who worked with my family time and time again when things got tough for us. Everyone truly felt like family who deeply loved my dad. As Stratford consists of two small houses, the sense of community and closeness is unmatched in a care home. Not only was it super easy for my dad to socialize with other residents on the daily, Stratford regularly hosts parties which bring both houses and all their families together. My family was very fortunate to have my dad stay at Stratford for so long. We never had to worry about the level of care and attention he would get as I’ve had to with other nursing homes. His health and happiness and our peace of mind were priceless byproducts of his living there. If someone in your family needs extra care, Stratford is where they will get it.
