Streamside Assisted Living Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Director Daythun Cole and his exceptional team for the care and compassion they showed my mother during her time at your facility. My mother lived for over 20 years in a senior mobile home park, and the transition to assisted living was one of the most emotionally challenging experiences for both of us. Daythun’s guidance, patience, and expertise made all the difference. He helped me navigate this difficult journey and supported me in helping my mother understand that Streamside would be her new home place of comfort, safety, and community. The staff’s dedication and kindness were evident every day. For a year and a half, they cared for my mother with genuine warmth and professionalism. She was truly happy at Streamside, and I am forever grateful for the peace of mind that gave me. Unfortunately, at the age of 97, my mother’s care required her to move to a skilled nursing facility. While this next chapter is difficult, I will always remember the incredible care she received at Streamside and the support I received from Daythun and his team. My mom lived at the assisted living and memory care units. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff was so loving and cared for my mom so well. Her room was always clean and she really liked the food. I strongly recommend Streamside if your needing a place for your loved one.

This is the worst assisted living facility I have ever delt with. They ignore residents rights. We intrust our family with them and they don't give all family and friends that visit any respect. They act like they are the judge and jury of all situations. Please watch your loved one carefully.

I would highly recommend Streamside Assisted Living facility! Amazing and caring staff! Great home cooked meals along with plenty of snacks to be offered daily! Lots of activities for the residents and families to do! Very clean and well kept. Residence have smiles on their faces and those I spoke with said they absolutely love it there!! Definitely worth looking into for your loved ones!
