Very welcoming community, residents are very welcoming. The residents seem very happy at the community. I have attached many photos of different occasions.

Outstanding Service and Exceptional Advocacy Rhonda Madrid, Communication Relations Director at Studio Royale, provided truly outstanding service during a critical and time-sensitive situation. What could have taken weeks was accomplished in just a matter of days due to Rhonda’s persistence, expertise, and unwavering commitment to patient care. Rhonda—along with her assistant, Nancy—went far above and beyond expectations to coordinate the transfer of a patient from a rehabilitation facility to an in-care facility with remarkable speed and efficiency. Their responsiveness, clear communication, and hands-on approach made an incredibly stressful process seamless and reassuring. It is rare to encounter professionals who not only understand the system so thoroughly but also advocate so passionately for the people they serve. Rhonda and Nancy’s dedication, professionalism, and compassion made a meaningful difference when it mattered most. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic community. I moved in after my Mom moved in. I wanted to be close doing this time in our lives. Staff is great, food is great, and rooms are beyond what others offer. Upon my moving in there were accommodations that had to be made for my belongings to fit and the maintenance man named Bobby handled everything with his knowledge and his ready smile. Appreciate you Bobby. I give the facility a 💯

Choosing an assisted living home for a loved one is never easy. My mom has been at Studio Royale for over two years, and although it was difficult for her to leave the family home she lived in for more than 50 years, the transition has become much smoother with time. The facility has truly grown and improved. Bill has done a wonderful job bringing in the right staff, he listens to concerns and takes action when needed. With the recent addition of Malik, things have only improved further. His knowledge and professionalism have been invaluable to the success of the community. The caregivers treat residents like family, offering comfort, dignity, and encouragement every single day. The kitchen staff is equally accommodating, especially since my mom can be a bit picky at times. Quincy and Anthony are always patient and kind, even with residents who may be a little fussy. The food is very good, and they’re great at offering alternatives when preferred. Seeing our loved one happy, safe, and engaged again means the world to our family.

Much of the staff is malicious and/or incompetent. The management is useless first in hiring incompetent staff & then repeatedly feigning surprise & concern when confronted with anything that went wrong. Yes, there were some good staff, but they were often stifled by poor management. After a period of time, we hired a private caregiver for our mother because she wasn’t getting the necessary care. While there are numerous incidents of not monitoring the room with our 94 year old, disabled mother, her being left on the floor for extended periods after a fall, and the staff smoking dope in the parking lot, we were devastated the night that our mother died. The night that our mother died was difficult. The family was there in the room. We called the mortuary to get the body & we informed the staff of Studio Royale of her passing. The one person who was the medical staff was also acting as the management. She didn’t know what to do when someone died & she was in contact with her superiors. After hours waiting for the mortuary, we called them to find out that they had been waiting outside Studio Royale in the rain as the staff wouldn’t let them in. The staff also didn’t inform us that the mortuary were there. I went down & opened the door & escorted the mortuary assistant to the room. The so-called caregivers followed us. We went into the room, closed the door for privacy & then took the body outside to the car. Apparently angry by the fact that we let the mortuary in to take our mother & that we didn’t include them in the preparation of the body, the so-called caregivers locked me and my daughter out. As the car left with our beloved mother & grandmother, we came back to the front door to go back to the room & be with our family. We rang the bell & the staff looked at us with a smirk on their face and walked away, leaving us outside in the rain at 3 o’clock in the morning. Pure evil. That’s it, the staff malicious & the management incompetent.
