Our Mom has been in Sue’s care for going on almost 4 years. Mom fit right in right away. Sue’s Loving Care was the best decision we made for Mom.

Very sweet and intimate care is given here during such tough times in families lives. I was lucky enough to find this business for my grandmother, I feel the staff really got to know her and the owners were always involved and on top of any concerns that I had! I will always recommend this business!

Had someone close to me staying here. Amazing facility. The staff are so loving and the owners are incredibly involved. They took great care of them and their other residents. You can tell how loved they are by the staff.

We have been blessed to have two friends parents (and their family and friends) become a part of the Sue’s Loving Care family. At that difficult time when the decision needed to be made, Sue was there to not only be there for their loved ones, but also helped them navigate what was coming next and she and her staff treated everyone like their own family. I recommend everyone to Sue’s Loving Care for the love and compassion that they show to all who pass through their doors❤️

We placed our father at Sue's in the hopes he would receive the attention he needed with his illness better than a local well regarded memory care facility that did nothing for him and was really not equipped to handle the amount of patients they have. I must say I am more than impressed with the caring, loving attitude expressed by all the staff for our father in the short amount of time he has been there. I read the 2 negative reviews with interest as we asked about visitation and their policy makes sense as the last thing you want with dementia and Alzheimer patients is unscheduled, disorganized visits which only serves to confuse and agitate the patients; so we don't have an issue with the visitation policy but were made very aware just to call if we want to come over any other time.
