Sugarbush Living-Calkins House

The staff here are amazing! My grandmother came to this facility on hospice and has thrive beyond belief, she’s eating, active, socializing and even helping to cook. She loves it here! I have peace of mind knowing that she is well taken care of, and happy. The own visits the facility often and knows the patients by name.

My family and I are forever endebted to the staff at Sugarbush Calkins house. Once my grandmother arrived, although on hospice, things turned around for her quickly. She had not eaten since the end of May and on her second day at Calkins house staff had encouraged her to not only take a bite of food, but she completed her meal. She no longer relies on her feeding tube that she had for months. The staff here does an excellent job in engaging with the residents. They play games, finish large puzzles, have musical guest, and I receive weekly images of my grandmother participating in activies. I'm grateful for the love and compassion they display when caring for their "golden girls". A job well done ladies and management!!!!

This house was absolutely the best decision I’ve ever made for my mom! The care and house was top notch ! All of the caregivers went out of their way to make mom feel welcomed and special! The meals and activities to keep them engaged and comfortable ! Really great place ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Mom was well taken care of while here. It’s not the newest facility but it is clean and life is lived here. The staff cares so much for the patients and they are well taken care of. The staff kept us updated on Mom at all times and alerted us when needed. We could call at any time and get any information, we were able to visit at any time. We were well connected. Thanks to such an excellent staff.
