This place is still the worse its 10x worse when mike had it the new owners do not know how to run the company, it has a high turnover rate still Sagar is not as good as he portray himself out to be like a good business person which he is not and also very unprofessional would not recommend bringing your loved ones there. The place is so bad I pulled a whole track record of lawsuits and complaints its ridiculous Do not place your loved ones in sugarbush

We've moved my mom to four different assisted living facilities. Sugarbush is where she has felt most at home. Although old ownership let many things go, the new owners have shown great initiative and care by replacing an abundance of broken equipment and appliances, repairing the ramp whare my mom lives, cleaning her carpet, replacing toilets, and so much more. They are still in process of fixing what was broken and upgrading where they can. They are kind and understanding. It is very hard to trust your loved ones to another's care, but my mom is always clean, her bathroom and bedroom are clean, she feels safe, and she is laughing and smiling many times when I visit. The manager on staff plays her favorite music and everyone seems to genuinely love my mom. I'm very grateful.

Sugarbush Manor is now has NEW OWNERS hallelujah! I had been very disgruntled with prior Management and staff. After meeting with current management, I am ecstatic to report that I am very hopeful and optimistic that positive change is on the way. They are very receptive to receiving and documenting concerns from families regarding resident care. There appear to be a genuine concern about resident care and meeting their needs. They displayed a clear understanding of the nature and objective of the business and the changes that need to be made to achieve the care environment that this community is seeking for their loved ones. They have actively begin this process. I understand that change will not come over night, however I am confident that they will continue to make inroads to return Sugarbush Manor back to the high standard, and beyond what it was at its inception. I would now recommend this facility.
