This was my first time here, visiting my grandmother. We were greeted by the staff immediately. They were very helpful and I couldn't ask for a easier experience.

Nice place and the staff is great with their clients

This facility was great up until the new owners purchased it. They are understaffed and appear to hire absolutely anyone. My mom recently passed away in their care. She developed a severe bedsore from lack of care. She was unable to feed herself and was left hungry and thirsty for hours until we intervened. There is zero signs of leadership or accountability. There are 3 employees that do a good job, but they are overworked and underpaid. They even stole my mom’s belongings before we were able to clean out her room. Who steals from the dead? Stay clear of this place!
