Magnolia Place Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility

We had to move my mother-in-law to a memory care assisted living facility. We chose Magnolia Place. She has only been there for 4 days, but so far she loves it. She says the food is great and the staff checks every n her constantly. Thank you Amber and Kathy for making this a smooth transition.

Special recognition for John Smarr of maintenance. 30 years of being Mr. Johnny on the spot at this particular community. Goes above and beyond for each individual resident and staff member. Truly an asset to Magnolia Place and just an all round fantastic individual.

This is an absolutely fantastic establishment. It’s clean and they have such a friendly staff, they really cater to our older loved ones. I have asked multiple people if they enjoy living there and they all said yes. Summer Village is the best option based on the care they give. The do so much for the residents - Activities, cook, clean, do their laundry, chauffeur them to the store or to the bank or to just drive around and look at Christmas lights… this place has been amazing and I believe will continue to do so.

We love Magnolia Place ( Summer Village)!! My mama & my aunt have moved here in an independent villa and absolutely love it. Their villa is so spacious with a large living room, large kitchen, large bedrooms. And, the bonus is a sunroom and outside patio. Tori is absolutely amazing and is always available to help in anyway. Also, did I mention included in your rent is 3 delicious meals a day and once a week, and the house cleaning and all utilities included. Summer village is the most perfect place if you want your loved ones to be happy & safe.

I have resided here at Magnolia Place for 3 months now, living in a 2 bedroom Villa with my sister. I am so happy to be here, from Day 1! The staff is outstanding. Tori has been quick and thorough in responding to my many questions, including helping me find a dentist! Kay and Dee Dee have been personable and professional to my needs. Gretchen teaches a great exercise class. Kwanzaa has been on target with activities and fun for us! Icy at the front desk has graciously helped me with so many tasks, as well as other front desk personnel at Magnolia and Azalea. The kitchen staff is amazing, preparing delicious mostly homemade food ( I have gained 5 pounds!). And the delivery folks, especially Ron, have been so attentive to our needs. John in maintenance has been right on cue as we've needed picture hanging, curtain hanging, etc. as well as Eldridge over at Camilla. The cleaning service has been so kind and thorough. It is always a pleasure to interact with staff members. they seem like family.The environment is safe for my walking. I highly recommend The Summer Village Properties!!!
