I’m appalled as a medical care professional, as soon as we meet with said Hiedi , is this better for you?, she showered us with her knowledge of what she knew regarding memory care she also sold this facility as able to handle my fathers needs , We spent a good amount of time with Jane and laid out in detail my father’s behavior issues at that time she Jane reassured us that her staff was more than qualified to handle the task at hand and Reassured us that this was the proper place for my father, Well, needless to say $5000 for the deposit for the place another 6000 per month for medication room, bathing, etc. consequently these people do not have any type of empathy compassion or resilience being in the medical field. They should know that people with dementia have sometimes behavioral issues and you have to redirect them. Unfortunately, her staff overmedicated, my father yeah you heard that right not only that something happened to where bruises were inflicted on my father’s hands the second day there my father fell. My father, has never fallen, had a slice across his forehead indented into his nose bridge from his glasses. Only God knows what happened and those people will be dealt with needless to say my father’s out of that place after a month and Most of his expensive personal items have disappeared in thin air!! I’m sure most of you people on here only get a good reviews because either your family members and or you work there everything that glitters is not gold just because it looks nice. Doesn’t mean it is nice you people ought to be ashamed of yourself now my father is in a new facility, regulated meds, and 100% better. Had you guys done your job And really really had the patient’s best interest then you would regulated the medication and not overmedicated him!! Run far away from this place despicable!! Regarding your comment below No I will not remove what is factual and true !! Let’s be very clear her name is Heidi is this better for you?, , who came in and assisted us as a family. I have her business card who took all documentation and signed my father in. I don’t know who you are. I’ve never met you and is your conscience is getting the best of you why would you want me to remove something that is true and factual and the incidents are documented!! How about you put cameras in the hallway So other families know what’s going on with their family members in your facility!! Like other memory care centers have cameras throughout the hallways in their dining area, etc. And if my dad‘s medication was regulated, things wouldn’t have happened you overdosed him there you certainly did him falling and all of a sudden getting marks all over his body is ridiculous. He Never had that problem till he came to your facility , and his belongings did come up missing I will not redact my statement or remove it. You want honesty I will always walk in integrity and honesty and you could take that to the bank, thank you very much. Such hideous behavior and your comment below proves what we now know !! And one more thing I’ll add if you’re conscience is so clear why did you call my stepmother and tell her to speak to me a 58-year-old grown woman to remove my post because I’m honest I have an honest opinion? That says a lot about your character it says a lot about your facility and it says a lot about your integrity if you’re not hiding anything why would you go to such a great links to call my stepmother and have me remove this post?

Placing my wife of forty years into memory care was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Deciding to place her in Summerfield of Roseville was not. From the first time I visited the location I thought this might be the place. After touring the the facility and meeting some of the staff it seemed like a no brainer. Bright , clean and well maintained it seemed ideal. After the tour I wanted to move in. If you're looking for a place for your loved one with dementia, consider Summerfield of Roseville.

Summerfield of Roseville is a great place for your loved ones to live! My 91 year old Mom lives there, and they do activities with her, celebrate all the holidays with everyone and their families, and they maintain a great quality life style for them. The staff is well-trained in dementia care, and understands the needs of the residents with memory loss. Everyone is very kind and patient. I would really recommend this place if you are looking for a memory care facility.

Summerfield of Roseville. I can’t say enough good things about this facility. My loved one has been here now about a month. The amount of personal attention and care is remarkable. I couldn’t have chosen a better place. All residents have the best opportunities available to thrive, the likes of which I could never have imagined. Kudos to all the staff, they do such a great job. I definitely recommend Summerfield of Roseville 100%, hands down best choice in the area for a loved one with dementia.

So grateful I found Summerfield of Roseville memory care for my mom. The facility is small but immaculate with a lively garden area. The staff treats residents with kindness and dignity (I visit daily). Jane makes sure my mom is engaged and happy as do all the staff including the front desk. My mom feels independent and taken care of. Couldn’t have found a better place!
