I wrote a review 5 months ago with 5 stars. After a few months everything went downhill. My Uncle was admitted there on May 1,2025. He has dementia, physically he was in great shape. He weighed 172 pounds when he was admitted. He was rushed to the hospital when he fell, and came back with COVID in July. His care was questionable. He was placed under hospice care. I had to bring his laundry home because clothes were always missing, even though his name was on every piece of clothing. Problems with staffing, getting medications on time. My husband and I were there every other day. I never knew how he was doing. Phone calls to management were never returned. He continued to go downhill every day. He passed away there on October 26,2025. He weighed 123 pounds when he died.We cleaned out his room and left lots of things for the residence, bedding, blankets clothes, shoes, towels, a chair and toiletries. Not one person called to offer condolences except for Hospice. We have witnessed residence being mistreated, screaming at them. We loved a lot of the residences and since we were there so often, they knew who we were. I would think that if a resident dies there someone would reach out. I know it is a tough job, but these people are scared, lost and most have no family members. A little compassion goes a long way. I will never recommend this facility. It’s been 2 1/2 months since my uncle passed away. Today is December 10,2025. This is an edited review .

Every time I have visited- it’s just so warm and welcoming. It’s so bright and airy and there all these little activity areas and really cool outside spaces with gazebo.

After touring many assisted living in BRADENTON, we decided to place my father, who is 81 years old, in this facility on the assisted side. All I can say is, they have been nothing short of amazing from helping me with paperwork to allowing us to set his room up and get him signed in a couple of days before we actually brought him down so that it made the adjustment that much easier, Everything has been great! It’s such a relief to not have to worry about him so much, he gets three meals a day his laundry is done. His room is clean. His bed is changed and everyone could not be nicer. In the words of my Dad, We should’ve done this a long time ago ❤️

I would like to give less than 1 star. My mother had dementia, she was treated poorly, not kept clean, more than half of her clothing was stolen plus much more, medications not given for months, terrible housekeeping, mom was constantly in need of care. The food ranged from decent to disgusting. I watched as staff yelled at and frightened other dementia patients. Found staff sleeping at tables and on couches while the residents were alone. They called one night to tell me my mother was not breathing well and they could not wake her up and wanted to know if I wanted them to call 911 !!!!!! When mom died, they refused to give back her half month rent even though that is part of the agreement. Management seems to not care, they switch nursing and management out very often. The only person that treats the residents with love is the lady in the hair salon. Do yourself and your person a favor and don't put them in this place. If I could have moved my mother I would have but circumstances made that impossible. Horrible place!

This place looked so great on the tour. We were advised that an assessment would be done to ensure our parents were good candidates for assisted living. We informed them that one parent suffered from Alzheimer’s and hated bathing and had barely any mobility. The assessment was done online and consisted only of an interview. They were accepted and we moved them in, It’s going in 3 weeks and mom has not been showered. She has been complaining of a UTI and they haven’t been able to sleep because of the discomfort and frequent urination. They took urine for a sample 3 days after the initial complaint and in spite of frequent attempts to get results or medical care from nursing staff, no one knows if the results are in yet. The nurse and med tech are extremely rude and if my parents need to see them they are told to push the button and wait. I sat with them for an hour and a half today waiting for someone and I needed up having to go looking for help. They were supposed to get all of this help and care and all questions are passed off to someone else. I work in healthcare and If I am struggling to get assistance for them at this place, I can only imagine how hard it is for them. If your folks need any assistance- try an assisted living that isn’t always blaming insufficient staffing and “we are too busy”. Place is a joke. The dining staff and aides are lovely- the administrators and nursing staff suck.
