DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! This facility turns their phone off in the evening and does not answer it during the day! Doctors elsewhere suspect abuse, and the facility does not pass information such as next of kin or med docs on to medical facilities when they send patients elsewhere.

With a new executive director on board, I am optimistic things will get back in shape. The little things have begun. And the big stuff has been started. The dining room is hit or miss still when it comes to meals. Mostly when we go in there we don't know if it'll be good, or something really bad. Sometimes it's a good food, but not cooked right.I will say it's much improved the way it's run. There's ample staff, which is something great. We did have just one server doing the whole room. Now suddenly there's usually three which is a huge difference. Thank-you Sue.

I have an uncle currently here in memory care. I live in Orlando, so I don't see him on a regular basis. At Christmas, I brought him gifts, including new socks. I went to put the socks on him, and was SHOCKED AND APPALLED to see his toenails were close to an inch long! The director, manager Marie (or whatever she is) was informed by a phone call that his nails needed to be done. Per her he was scheduled to have them cut January 16th. I went back to see him om January 21st, and they were NOT done. My mother has called this lady over and over, leaving message after message with NO return calls! This place is the lowest if the low! A complete stinky dump, and clueless workers. DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE HERE!

My Mom was a resident there, so glad I was able to move her out to a much better place! The place became dirty, building deteriorating, food became difficult to eat, staff frequently leaving, poor communication, promises not followed through on, meds not done per protocol.

It's a nice old building but you get what you pay for. Under staffed and some of the staff seems clueless. Residents in need of care are left sitting in their soiled diapers while staff is "in a meeting". Meanwhile packing tape is used as a bandaid resulting in a visit to the hospital for one poor old resident. And one of the wheelchair bound residents has scabies! Scabies! This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen if it isn't happening already.
