SUMMIT'S TRACE HEALTHCARE CENTER

Horrible place. Some of the workers are lazy and never visit their patients and they are very understaffed. It took forever to get my daughter treatment for an infection, which I believe they are responsible for because they rarely cleaned her wound. The food is horrible, and very tiny portions. They rarely cleaned my daughters bed and her room. My daughter constantly had to ask for her medicine, and had to go search for the nurse. They never gave anything on time and were never around! Do not send your loved ones here.

My brother has been here at summit trace for a couple months and the transition has been wonderful Mr Frank has left no stone unturned to help my brother get to the place that he need to be ,the staff has been exemplary , either care of my brother even with his stubbornness they have really worked hard to get him to where he needs to be even though lately he had a hip replacement , tell genuine concern about my brother's care and health , he is very stubborn, they look past that even though they know humans do what humans do!! Have to do with a lot of personalities and mental illness but they understand, Icouldn't ask for a better assisted living to take him to!! They genuinely care about his health his way of life I can't leave the nurse out Heather on assisted living side although she just got here she's been hands on since he's been in the hospital she's called she checks on him I can't think this place enough and I thank God forl leading us here 🙏🏿

Very unprofessional place. Food is horrible, quality and quantity. Aids are rude, walk around on phones most of day. When call them they don't want to do there job right, half clean you up. Dont never have clean linen. House keeping is horrible, if they do come, it don't get done right. You have to beg for showers ,mainly because their so under staff. They have one nurse to sixty people at times. Same as sides, especially overnight. Can't have your own refrigerators ,so you have to share a refrigerator, which is not clean nor safe. The staff's steals out of residents rooms and takes forever to be replaced. Mainly because the front office is in shambles. When you complain its pushed around in paperwork. Really they just clock in, to clock out. It's under new ownership, things have just gotten worse. Leadership starts at the top and this place just doesn't have it. The few good aides that are here have one foot out the door and really being pushed out. The therapy program is a rip off,do enough to get insurance to pay out. Very bad rodent problem threw out the residents rooms. Very horrible place to be. Management is going for cheaper and unreliable workers, like the agency's. Overall a very horrible place for the elderly to be, basically anyone looking for a good nursing home.
